Returns Policy

At Doorstep Shirts our main priority is ensuring you receive a product off us that you are satisfied with. 

However in the result of your product being faulty or you receiving a product you are not completely happy with we have an easy returns process in place.

Faulty Items

We hand-pick all of our items and package them ourselves with love and care, meaning that you should never receive a faulty product. However, accidents do happen so if in the event that your product does arrive to you faulty, we kindly ask that you follow these steps provided:

  1. Message our customer service team on any of our social media accounts or alternatively email us at to that we can be made aware of the problem and help you through your return
  2. Based on the circumstances you will be asked to return your item to us so that we can ensure this doesn’t happen to other customers and we can go through quality checks on the product 
  3. Keep your returns receipt. Without this there will be no proof of return and you won’t receive your refund. (You are more than welcome to send a picture of this straight to our customer service team)
  4. Once your item has been returned to us, quality checks will be taken and your refund will be issued. (Depending on your bank this may take 3-5 business days)

What if I’m not happy with what shirt I received?

Not to worry, If you're unhappy with your order, then you can return it to us in exchange for a different shirt or a refund, provided the product is returned in the same condition it was sent out in, and is returned to us within 14 days of purchase. This means if the shirt has been detagged, worn, washed or marked then we cannot take it back. 

When returning any items to us, please ensure you keep your proof of return as without this, we may not be able to provide you with your refund or exchange.

When will I receive my refund or exchange?

Once we have received your return at our HQ, we will be able to process your refund or exchange. Refunds may take 3 - 5 business days to be processed depending on your bank. Exchange items will be shipped under our usual shipping conditions.
